Bias Methods Group annual meeting(s)
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Bias Methods Group meeting will be a virtual meeting. We have planned two meetings to accommodate different time zones. The two meetings will have somewhat different programs, but material from the meetings will be made available at the Bias Methods Group website.
The first meeting will be a theme session on risk of bias in non-randomised studies of interventions. Convenors of the Bias Methods Group will provide an update on the involvement of the Bias Methods Group and ROBINS-I in WHO work on effectiveness of vaccines against COVID-19 variants of concern. Professor of Medical Statistics and Epidemiology Jonathan Sterne will give a talk on bias in observational studies of COVID-19 vaccines.
At the meeting, convenors and members of the Bias Methods Group will present findings from recent methodological research.
Please join us for updates on important methodological developments and interesting discussions.
Please do not forget our call for abstracts
