We invite the submission of abstracts for our annual meeting
The Cochrane Bias Methods Group invites the submission of abstracts for presentation at our annual meeting, held during the Cochrane Colloquium in Krakow.
Are you involved in any research projects that may be of interest to the Bias Methods Group? We welcome abstracts describing completed studies, work in progress, or innovative ideas related to bias and methods research, and we encourage you to share your work at our annual meeting.
Submission details
If you wish to be considered for presentation, please submit a 350-word abstract by 18 September to cochranemethodsbias@gmail.com.
Please include:
- An abstract title
- Full name of the presenter
- Affiliation(s) of the presenter
Abstract notifications are expected to be given in early October.
Presentation format and meeting details
Accepted authors will be invited to present their work at the annual Bias Methods Group meeting, which will take place during the Cochrane Colloquium in Krakow.

- Time: 12:45–13:45 (local time)
We anticipate that the presentations will be 10 minutes in length followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
The annual Bias Methods Group meeting is a one‑hour session open to all interested attendees. The meeting features contributions from convenors and members of the group, highlighting recent methodological developments and research studies. Material from previous annual meetings can be found here.

Please note that the Bias Methods Group is unable to provide financial support for travel expenses or registration for the Cochrane Colloquium.
