Working definition: Individuals, organizations, and associations that conduct or advocate health research (i.e. researchers and all members of the research team).
- a researcher contracted to conduct the systematic review(s) used in the guideline
- a clinical or health services researcher with expertise in the subject area and intimate knowledge of the evidence base
- a member of the systematic review team that has reviewed the evidence outside of the guideline framework
- a clinician scientist doing work in the area of interest
- a researcher who conducted primary studies included or excluded from the systematic review informing the guideline
